		<description>It&#039;s possilbe that I just kept making tofu a few days before my period, but it&#039;s one of those things that I&#039;m not sure i want to try just for the sake fo trying.

I am told that it can make the texture featherier and or more sponge-like, with bigger holes.  Possibly like the difference between good cake and bread.</description>
